Which zone does an abbreviation mean?

Several abbreviations are shared by zones that are hours apart, which is how meetings get missed. Where that happens, each page says which one it has taken and names the others.

CST here means Central Time. It can also mean China Standard Time (UTC+8) and Cuba Standard Time (UTC−5). This page means US Central Time.
AST here means Atlantic Time. It can also mean Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3). This page means Atlantic Time.
BST here means British Time. It can also mean Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). This page means British Summer Time.
IST here means India Standard Time. It can also mean Israel Standard Time (UTC+2) and Irish Standard Time (UTC+1). This page means India Standard Time, which is what almost all searches for IST want.
CST (China) here means China Standard Time. It can also mean the abbreviation CST is shared with US Central Time and Cuba Standard Time.
