How many days between two dates?
Count the days, weekdays and weekend days between any two dates, in either direction.
The part that catches people out
The count is exclusive of the first date and inclusive of the second, which is the convention most contracts use. Counting both ends gives a number one larger, and the difference matters whenever a deadline is written as "within 30 days".
